KOSMIMA’s goal is, among other things, to open new markets and promote Greek jewellery in international markets.
It is indicative of the event’s importance in the jewellery sector that KOSMIMA 2017 recorded a 36% increase in trade visitors in relation to the event of the previous year.
International hosted buyers came from Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Egypt, Cyprus, Germany, Italy, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Albania, Bulgaria, FYROM and Serbia.
The 29th Pan-Hellenic Jewellery Design Competition will be held in the framework of KOSMIMA 2018. The subject of this year’s Competition will be kinetic art in jewellery.
The competition is being held by the Pan-Hellenic Federation of Silver- and Goldsmiths, Jewellers and Watchmakers (POVAKO), in cooperation with TIF-Helexpo, aiming highlighting and helping the development of Greek jewellery.
